Saddleback Church respects your desire for confidentiality, so we have partnered with The National Christian Foundation and its Orange County affiiliate, Foundation for Christian Stewardship, to provide Saddleback Giving Funds.  Your private fund balance will not be shared with Saddleback Church unless you specifically authorize it by listing a Saddleback Church representative as an advisor on your fund.

Wire Notification Forms

Giving Securities

• Letter of Authorization for Stock Transfers – to transfer stock held in your brokerage account.
  
  
• Letter of Authorization for Mutual Fund Transfers - to transfer mutual fund shares into your Saddleback Giving Fund. Select the institution you're transferring from:
  • Fidelity - this form may also be used to transfer mutual funds if they are held at a firm other than the ones listed. Check with your broker to make sure the mutual funds are transferable. If they are not transferable, contact us at 949.609.8224.

• Fidelity Investments' Irrevocable Stock or Bond Power form – to allow The National Christian Foundation to facilitate the processing of your certificate(s) in the absence of your endorsement on the certificate(s).

Testamentary giving forms

• Giving Fund Succession Plan Letter of Advisement – allows you to recommend where your Saddleback Giving Fund balance is distributed upon your death.
