To contribute cash, make checks payable to "Saddleback Giving Funds." Indicate the fund number of your Saddleback Giving Fund. Mail checks to Foundation for Christian Stewardship, the local affiliate of The National Christian Foundation, the manager and administrator of Saddleback Giving Funds, at:

To wire money to your Saddleback Giving Fund, download the Wire Notification Form in the "Forms" section of this website and follow the instructions. To contribute publicly traded stock to your Saddleback Giving Fund, download Letter of Authorization for Stock Transfers form in the "Forms" section of this website and follow the instructions in order to authorize the electronic transfer of shares to an account held by The National Christian Foundation, the manager and administrator of Saddleback Giving Funds.
To contribute publicly traded stock certificates, do the following:
Step #1: Endorse the certificate(s) by writing "National Financial Services LLC" between the words "appoint" and "attorney" in the spaced provided on the back of each certificate. Date and sign the certificate exactly as your name appears on the front of the certificate. (National Finanical Services LLC provides financial services for The National Christian Foundation and is a company of Fidelity Investments).
Or in lieu of endorsing the certificate(s), download and complete the Fidelity Investments' Irrevocable Stock or Bond Power form in the "Forms" section of this website and follow the instructions.
Step #2: Download and complete a Certificate Release Request in the "Forms" section of this website. List the names of the stock and the number of shares that the certificate represents. Print and sign your name exactly as your name appears on the front of the certificate.
Step #3: Deliver the certificate and the completed Fidelity Investments' Irrevocable Stock or Bond Power form (if used) along with Certificate Release Request to The National Christian Foundation, the manager and administrator of Saddleback Giving Funds. We suggest overnight service or USPS return receipt requested. Deliver to:
